RETURNS & DAMAGES:

  • Please note that I do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Damaged Items:

    • Report damage within 24 hours of receipt by emailing sophietwidaleart@gmail.com with:

      • Images of the damage (including packaging).

      • Your name, order number, and contact details.

    • Upon review, I will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable (e.g., original artwork), we'll discuss alternative solutions.

    • Sophie Twidale Art covers return shipping costs for damaged items when the buyer is not at fault. The damaged item must be returned before a replacement is sent.

    • Please allow up to 2 weeks for replacement dispatch (for reprinting/re-creation).

Final Sale Items: Custom commissions and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
