Damaged Items:
Report damage within 24 hours of receipt by emailing sophietwidaleart@gmail.com with:
Images of the damage (including packaging).
Your name, order number, and contact details.
Upon review, I will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable (e.g., original artwork), we'll discuss alternative solutions.
Sophie Twidale Art covers return shipping costs for damaged items when the buyer is not at fault. The damaged item must be returned before a replacement is sent.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for replacement dispatch (for reprinting/re-creation).
Final Sale Items: Custom commissions and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
