The wait is nearly over, and your art is almost on its way! Here’s how you’ll receive your print or artwork:

I offer various delivery options to ensure your artwork reaches you safely.

Local Pickup / Delivery (Preferred for Originals)
 For customers in my local area, I love to hand-deliver or arrange pickup, especially for original stretched canvases. If this isn’t possible, please select shipping at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Processing Time:
 I aim to ship within 2 weeks, as I’m a small business and also a teacher, visiting the post office 1–2 times weekly. For urgent orders, please email sophietwidaleart@gmail.com. Thank you kindly for your understanding.

Prints: Fine art prints are made to order and shipped in mailing tubes.

Originals: Stretched canvas originals are carefully packaged and shipped in boxes.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping (both prints and original art):

    • Standard delivery: $10

    • Express delivery: $15
       (applied at checkout)

Original Artworks (Non-commissioned): Prices are based on the size of the piece:

  • Small (up to 40cm on the longest side): $50 - $70

  • Medium (40cm – 50cm): $70 - $90
    Large (60cm – 80cm): $150 - $200

  • Extra Large (over 120cm): $200+

Commissioned Original Artworks:
 Shipping for commissioned originals will be calculated after your artwork is complete. We will contact you with delivery pricing once the piece is ready, and the shipping cost will be added to your final commission invoice for payment before dispatch.

Please note:
 Shipping rates are subject to change based on Australia Post pricing updates. If any adjustments are required after checkout, we will contact you directly to confirm before dispatch.

Carriers: Orders are sent via Australia Post or Aramex Couriers with tracking provided.

Important: You are responsible for tracking your purchase. Uncollected parcels returned to the sender will incur re-postage fees.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses resulting in returned parcels will require you to cover re-shipping costs. Please email sophietwidaleart@gmail.com immediately if you need to alter your address.
